Your survey talks back. It reads each answer and writes the follow-up question itself.
An ordinary survey asks “how would you rate our pricing?”, someone picks a 2, and that is all you ever get. Harness Survey reads the 2, notices what the person actually said, and asks the next question — the one you did not think to write.
What it does
- Follow-up questions written mid-conversation. Generated from what each person just answered, not picked from a branch you drew in advance. You choose the angle — clarification, hypothetical, follow-up — and it writes the wording.
- Everyone leaves in a segment. Nobody ends on “thanks for your response.” Each respondent finishes in a group you defined, holding the offer meant for that group.
- Results read back as themes. Grouped by what people meant, with the quotes underneath, rather than as rows to sort through yourself.
The site you are reading is not its site yet. Harness Survey runs at harness-survey.vercel.app. It will get its own repository and be mounted here as a submodule, the way every other product on this domain is; until that happens this page is the placeholder holding the URL.
